Version Update Preferences

You can select which type of version tier you want to use. STABLE, RELEASE and BETA tiers are available.

STABLE: A stable release is a version that has been tested as thoroughly as possible and is as reliable as we can make it. It does not have all the new features of a beta release and it does not have the latest fixes for problems. Recommended for production.

RELEASE: A release candidate (RC) is a beta version with potential to be a final product. In this stage, all product features have been designed, coded and tested through. A release is called code complete when the development team agrees that no entirely new source code will be added to this release.

BETA: Beta version is under active development and will use the latest features, but is NOT recommended in production. The newly released features might contain a number of known or unknown bugs. Recommended for tests only.
