To create a user role, access the Synconix dashboard Settings >> Users >> Create user role

The following information when creating a new user will need to be filled in as follows: 

• Role name - the user's role will be given a name, such as a customer, admin, user, etc. 
• It will be chosen from the available list where users who will have the new Role will be able to access it.
