End user account
This is the Account home for end-users. It’s your control panel to manage domain, email, files, databases, PHP, SSL, and more. The left column lists tools; the right side (#accountcontent
) loads the page you pick without a full refresh.
Who can use this
Signed-in account owner. Resellers and root can also open this page for a selected account. In that case a breadcrumb shows: List Accounts → <user> → <domain>, and the “List Accounts” crumb is clickable.
Before you start
Be signed in. Allow pop-ups for this site if you plan to use phpMyAdmin. Some items appear only if the feature is enabled for your server/package (e.g., Remote Backup, phpMyAdmin). Changes made here affect this account only.
Layout & basics
Use the search box on the left to filter tools instantly (case-insensitive). Click a tool to load it on the right. The last opened tool is remembered and auto-reopens next time. By default, Information opens first.
Quick start
1) Type in the left search (e.g., “email”).
2) Click the matching tool (e.g., Email Accounts).
3) Complete the form and press Save/Create.
4) Watch for success or error messages at the top of the loaded page.
Open phpMyAdmin
Click phpMyAdmin in the left menu. A new tab opens with a temporary login. If nothing happens, enable pop-ups for this site. If the link is missing, either phpMyAdmin isn’t enabled or you have no databases yet.

Tips & troubleshooting
If a tool doesn’t load, refresh the page and try again. If phpMyAdmin doesn’t open, check browser pop-up settings. If DNS tools are empty, your domain may be using external DNS. If you see “Access denied,” confirm you’re in the correct account.
Security notes
Passwords and tokens belong to your user; keep them private. Terminal runs commands as your account user—actions are immediate. SSL and backup tasks can expose data if mis-configured; review before applying changes. Sign out when you’re done.
