List Accounts

List Accounts is the place where you see every hosting account on this server and manage them in bulk or one by one.
What you see depends on your role:

  • root: sees all accounts and domains on the server.
  • Reseller: sees only the accounts they own and their domains.
1) Left menu: the tree view

The left tree lists each main domain. Expand a domain to see its related domains:

  • 🌐Main domain — the account’s primary domain (e.g., domain.com).
  • A Addon — a separate website hosted under the same account (e.g., addon.com).
  • S Subdomain — a section under the main domain (e.g., subdomain.domain.com).
  • P Parked — a domain that points to the main site (no separate content).

Click any main domain to open that account’s tools (File Manager, Databases, Email, etc.).

2) The “List Accounts” page

This table shows the most useful details for each account:

  • Domain — click the domain to open the account area.
  • Username — the system user that owns the files/databases.
  • IP Address — where the site is hosted. “(Shared IP)” means many accounts use it.
  • Quota Limit — total disk space for the account. Unlimited means no preset cap.
  • Quota Used — current disk usage.
  • Email — contact address for the account owner.
  • Owner — who manages the account: root or a reseller user.
  • Creation Date — when the account was created.
  • Shell — login access type: NoLogin (disabled), Bash (normal shell), or JailShell (restricted shell).
  • StatusActive, Suspended, or Disabled.

Helpful table tools (top of the table): search, show/hide columns, and export (Copy/CSV/Excel/PDF/Print).

3) Managing multiple accounts at once
  1. Select accounts with the checkboxes (use “Select all” to grab the current page).
  2. Click Manage Selected Accounts to open the side panel.
  3. Choose one action or change (you can set values and pick exactly one action switch when required), then click Apply Changes.

Bulk options explained:

  • Set new password — resets the login password for the selected account(s). A generator is included.
  • Set new Quota limit (MB) — adjusts total disk space (Unlimited is allowed only if permitted by your plan).
  • Change IP — moves the domain to another server IP. root sees all server IPs; resellers see only their assigned IPs.
  • Change Owner (root only) — reassigns the account to another reseller or back to root.
  • Change Package — applies a package’s limits (disk, emails/hour, databases, etc.).
  • Shell access
    • Enable Normal Shell (bash) — full shell access.
    • Enable Jail Shell (chroot) — restricted shell access.
    • Disable Shell (nologin) — block shell logins entirely.
Availability may be limited by reseller permissions.
  • Suspend / Unsuspend
    • Suspend — temporarily turns the site off and prevents logins/mail sending.
    • Unsuspend — restores normal access.
  • Delete selected accounts — permanently removes the account(s) and their data. A confirmation and progress window is shown. This cannot be undone.
4) Editing a single account

Click the ✏️ Edit badge in the row to open the account’s side panel. You can change:

  • Password, Owner (root only), Username*, Main Domain*, IP, Email, Package.
  • Limits: Disk space, Addon/Parked/Subdomains, Databases, Email accounts, Emails/hour, FTP accounts.
  • Performance guards: Max CPU %, Max RAM (MB), Max processes, Inodes, I/O bandwidth (MB/s), IOPS.
  • Shell access: NoLogin / Bash / JailShell (subject to reseller permissions).

*Changing the Username or the Main Domain safely renames the account in the background. Services and paths are updated automatically.

5) Who can do what
  • root: full control (see all accounts/IPs, change owners/packages, suspend/unsuspend/delete).
  • Reseller: manages only their own accounts. Some options (e.g., shell, unlimited disk) may be restricted by reseller limits.
